DUTIES

- All the applicants of the Hosted Buyer Programme are required to supply valid credit card details on their application.
- Cancellation expenses will be debited using the credit card number that you provide.
If one or more people from the same organisation attend Euroal, both Hosted Buyers must conduct their appointments individually.
Any person accompanying the Hosted Buyers is not included in any of the offers pertaining to the Hosted Buyer Programme.
(There are double rooms available at the hotels on request, subject to availability).
As a Hosted Buyer, your consent is given to provide your contact details to all exhibitors at Euroal for the purpose of fixing additional appointments.
Hosted Buyers must attend all their appointments and the the events on the Hosted Buyers Program scheduled by the Organization, such as Destination Presentations.

ATTENDANCE

If you are accepted as a Hosted Buyer at Euroal 2009 you must attend the programme and all the appointments that will take place during the two days of the workshop.
The appointments will be monitored onsite (on the Euroal website Hosted Buyers will be able to access a Hosted Buyer Zone by a password to pre-scheduled appointments), in order to select appointments and view individual diaries online.

INSURANCE

Travel Insurance cover for any Hosted Buyer shall be taken by their own expense. Euroal will not get involved in taking out insurance cover for Hosted Buyers.
Travel insurance must be in effect from the day of departure until the day you arrive back home, wich should be included in the cover.

All other costs and incidental expenses will be born by each attendee, for example, additional nights accommodation, extra charges, travel insurance, and so on.r contact details to all exhibitors at Euroal for the purpose of fixing additional appointments.

CANCELLATION

In case you need to cancel your participation at Euroal, you must write by email to euroal@palacio-congresos.com.
The cancellation will not be effective until you have received a written acknowledgement from us.
We will not charge any fees for any cancellations received unless the flight has been agreed and confirmed. If the flight has been confirmed, the cost of the flight will be charged. Any expenses will be debited using the credit card number stated on your application.
Your registration on//acceptance of the Hosted Buyer Programme is non-transferable. If under any circumstance you have to cancel your participation, you may request that another person from your organisation replaces you. Such person will be accepted at Euroal´s discretion.

TRAVEL

Euroal is responsible for co-ordinating your participation as a Hosted Buyer which includes transfers and appointment setting accommodation and Breakfast but extras (such as drinks and other expenses, which will be put on your hotel bill).
Hosted Buyers who wish to make their own travel arrangements must inform Euroal directly and Make sure that their trip schedule fits the dates and timetables of the event, in order to comply with the obligations undertaken herein and with the Programme.
Changes to confirmed travel plans or requests of travel will be considered by Euroal on a case by case basis. Euroal reserves the right to make charges for travel changes. Charges will be notified to you and will be debited using the credit card number detailed on your application. Hosted Buyers are responsible for the payment of excess baggage, customs fines, etc. If additional accommodation is required you must contact the hotel directly. Any additional accommodation expenses shall be settled directly with the hotel before departure.
